Cairo – Mubasher: Telecom Egypt logged consolidated net profits after tax valued at EGP 16.98 billion in the first nine months (9M) of 2025, an annual leap from EGP 8.64 billion.

Revenues hit EGP 78.06 billion at the end of September 2025, up year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 58.15 billion, according to the consolidated financial results.

The basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS)reached EGP 9.94 in 9M-25, versus EGP 5.06 in 9M-24.

Standalone Business

The EGX-listed firm recorded higher standalone net profits at EGP 5.95 billion in 9M-25, compared to EGP 5.88 billion in the year-ago period.

Non-consolidated revenues hiked to EGP 55.26 billion in January-September 2025 from EGP 42.81 billion a year earlier, while the basic and diluted EPS went up to EGP 3.49 from EGP 3.45.

Quarterly Financials

In the third quarter (Q3) of 2025, the telecom group posted consolidated net profits amounting to EGP 6.46 billion, higher YoY than EGP 2.13 billion. Revenues climbed to EGP 27.63 billion from EGP 20.40 billion.

As for the standalone results, the net profits dropped to EGP 223.37 million in Q3-25 from EGP 1.46 billion in Q3-24, whereas the revenues increased to EGP 19.61 billion from EGP 15.24 billion. 

In the six-month period that ended on 30 June 2025, the consolidated net profits after tax hit EGP 10.52 billion, whereas the standalone net profits after tax reached EGP 5.72 billion.
